The branch of the National Union of Eritrean Women in the Southern Region organized a training program on administration and finance for 37 women from the 12 sub-zones of the region.
The training included the concept of administration, administration and its importance, the role of communication in administration, as well as material and financial management.
The objective of the training was to develop the capacity of members who are engaged in the administration and finance sector and enable them to provide prompt and efficient service to the public.
Speaking at the closing event of the training, Ms. Senait Afwerki, head of the trade union branch in the region, called on the trainees to apply the training imparted to them to effectively serve the public.
Ms. Tekea Tesfamicael, President of the National Union of Eritrean Women, on her part said that the program is an integral part of the mission of the union to develop the overall capacity of the members called on the trainees to become exemplary in their fields and their work. in collaboration with government and public institutions.
During the event, the evaluation of the activities over six months as well as the future program were discussed.
